The Land Group Welcomes Advisor Grant Cole
SALISBURY, MD – APRIL 1, 2025 – The Land Group (TLG) is pleased to announce the addition of Grant Cole to its team of advisors, serving landowners, buyers and investors across the Chesapeake Bay region.
Grant lives and works in Delaware and is eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry with The Land Group. He believes his keen interest in land use and strategic development will complement TLG’s principles well and his strong work ethic, adaptability and transparency are attributes that future clients will appreciate.

Born to parents who were civilian contractors for the U.S. Army, Grant’s life began across the ocean in Berlin, Germany. Their jobs took them to Texas and Hawaii and then to Virginia when he was in high school, where he met his wife.
After earning a B.S. in Business Management at George Mason University and his MBA at Virginia Commonwealth University, Grant settled in Virginia where he gained hands-on experience in site development, operations and homebuilding. Grant has managed projects from design through completion in his prior positions, utilizing his skillset – attention to detail, clear communication and time management– all of which will provide useful in real estate.
Beyond his professional experience, Grant is passionate about advocating for affordable housing and finding creative solutions to balance growth with community needs. In his free time, Grant enjoys the outdoors, hiking and exploring. His favorite hiking spots are along the Appalachian Trail – Sky Meadow State Park in Virginia and Harpers Ferry in West Virginia. He enjoys working with his hands, both in woodworking and sketching and has a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and design.
