Sue Hudson - Advisor

Sue is a native to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and her professional background ranges from teaching the Science’s at the college level to the medical industry where she managed a testing laboratory. Building on her love for the outdoors, Sue has been working in the land industry for more than five years. Sue’s accomplishments as a Land Advisor are broad as she has successfully handled multi-million-dollar land sales in Dorchester County and most recently has worked with a 1000-acre Pennsylvania estate guiding the owner with the decision making process to and best strategies to position the asset for sale. Sue has advised her clients on both the acquisition and disposition of land assets of all types. Her expertise has focused on lands with residential and recreational value such as waterfront homes around the Eastern Shore and scalable timberland tracts for hunting. Sue is no stranger to the deer blind as she has counted many hours in the woods with her husband Doug Williams in timberland of Wicomico and Somerset Counties.

Sue is a committed gardener when she is not selling dirt and practices a highly energetic life as a personal trainer with the few hours, she has free of her land business.
