This is a +/-144 acre farm just south of Pocomoke City, MD which is comprised of +/-74 acres of timber, +/-47 acres of tillable ground (Red & White Outline), and the rest is a poultry operation. There is a residence attached but it is on its own parcel. The owner, Levinh Farm, LLC would like to research the possibilities/potential of doing a solar lease agreement on the +/-47 acres of tillable ground. The electricity provider for this property is Delmarva Power. There will not be a bid process, all offers will be discussed with the owner.
