The Delmarva region alone is home to nearly 2400 poultry farms. However, the poultry market is highly dynamic, influenced by global protein consumption, commodity prices, energy costs, and other economic factors. This creates a business model with tight margins and significant risk management challenges.

TLG provides services in the buying and selling of poultry farms as well as supporting land acquisition for the development and construction of new farms. Our team led by Nick Campanaro will evaluate the farm and guide the owner in the pricing of the farm and positioning in the market.
Our advisory role is offered to both buyers and sellers. Transferring poultry farm ownership is one of the more complicated transactions conducted in the real estate market. This is due to the critical relationship between financial institutions and poultry integrators, who issue letters of intent for production.
