The property has been strategically managed in recent years through thinnings and harvests, allowing the next owner to continue active timber management while also enhancing wildlife habitat improvement. A network of logging roads and trails runs throughout, providing access to the interior. Main access is located off Mount Vernon Road, while two timber landings along Pine Pole Road offer additional areas for camping and access into the property.
