Swift brings more than nine years of land and residential real estate experience to the firm. Passionate about the Eastern Shore lifestyle, Julie enjoys introducing out-of-state buyers to the region’s unique character, natural beauty and opportunities.

Julie was raised on her family’s multigenerational timber farm in Somerset County, where she developed a deep appreciation for land stewardship and rural living. Following studies that took her across the U.S. and abroad, including West Africa and the Caribbean, she returned to her Eastern Shore roots and began her real estate career in 2017.

Julie enjoys representing both buyers and sellers and is known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach. As an Advisor, she is committed to guiding clients through every stage of the real estate transaction, ensuring they are informed and confident throughout the process. Whether working with first-time purchasers or seasoned investors, Julie takes pride in providing clear, knowledgeable counsel tailored to each client’s goals.
