The competitive bidding process concluded on November 24, 2025, with the property selling for $1,925,000.

The winning bidder is a regional agricultural operator who intends to continue active farm production on the property. Because the farm is protected by a permanent conservation easement, the land will remain part of the rural working landscape of the Delmarva Peninsula in perpetuity, ensuring its agricultural and ecological value is preserved for future generations.
