TLG Expands Presence in PA with Addition of Advisor Scott Reinhart

SALISBURY, MD – APRIL 8, 2024 – The Land Group (TLG) has announced its expanded presence in Pennsylvania with the addition of Scott Reinhart, a Land Advisor based in Northeast Pennsylvania. Reinhart will be serving landowners and land buyers in Pennsylvania, utilizing the network and framework TLG has established in the Chesapeake Bay Region.

Reinhart brings a wealth of conservation experience to his new role as Land Advisor. Since 1997 he has worked in the conservation industry, designing and implementing agricultural best management practices within the Chesapeake Bay. He spent 10 years with Ducks Unlimited, assisting private landowners and state and federal agencies with restoring and preserving some of Pennsylvania’s most critical habitats.

His location in Susquehanna County has given him unique insight into oil and gas leasing mineral rights. From 2006 to 2008, Reinhart led a group of 375 local landowners through the lease creation and negotiation process, ultimately finalizing a lease in the amount of $52 million dollars.

Scott has hands-on knowledge of forestry practices, timber management and sales from operating his own 250-acre farm growing corn, soybeans, hay and sweet corn.
