Coleen Sullivan - Executive Office and Brokerage Coordinator

Born and raised in Baltimore and after residing in Carroll County, Maryland for over 20 years, Coleen relocated to the Eastern Shore in late 2014. Her background includes legal and administrative positions in larger and boutique law firms in Baltimore, as well as mid-sized firms in both Towson and Westminster. Prior to joining The Land Group, Coleen was employed by Hearne & Bailey in Salisbury until their closing in 2021.

Not considering herself to be an “outdoorsy” person, Coleen has come to love the Eastern Shore’s diverse landscape and its wealth of wildlife. This has given her an appreciation of TLG’s philosophy and approach to land management, conservation, agriculture and sales.
