John Campagna - Advisor
John helps clients sell and buy working lands including farms, forests, renewable energy sites, conservation lands, and hunting preserves. He is experienced in all aspects of land use regulations, land entitlement process, and land conservation programs. Over the past two decades John has worked with a wide range of constituents (investors, landowners, government agencies, NGO’s, and community groups) to bring about innovative land based solutions for our communities’ environmental and economic needs.
John lives with his family in the Baltimore area, and remains active in his local community. Recent community work in the Baltimore region includes co-chair of the Green Committee for the Maryland Diocese of the Episcopal Church, taskforce chair for West Virginia Food and Farm Coalition, President of Baltimore Green Works, Market Master at DC’s Dupont Circle Farmers Market, and on the endowment committee for the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club.
Today, he helps manage his family’s 200 acre timber holding in West Virginia, and 100 acre loblolly pine plantation in Mississippi. His deep love of the outdoors includes hiking, canoeing, gardening and being a lifelong avid equestrian.
