Ben Ede

Growing up in Pennsylvania, Ben developed a passion for the outdoors at an early age, spending fall seasons at his family’s deer camp and winters hunting waterfowl across neighboring states. Before joining The Land Group, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Engineering from Drexel University and built experience in the corporate sector before later transitioning to roles with local agribusinesses. Most recently, his work in the aerial application field has given him expertise in crop protection services for specialty crops and row-crop production, along with cover crop application strategies across multiple states.

Currently living in southern Pennsylvania, he enjoys spending time on his family’s property and collaborating with friends to enhance waterfowl habitat.

Ben’s goal is to connect landowners with opportunities that support their long-term goals, whether they are seeking a multi-use recreational property, production farm, or investment property. Drawing on firsthand experience, he understands how thoughtfully managed land and generational farms can bring families together, create lifelong memories, and build lasting value.
