The Land Group

Born and raised on Maryland’s Upper Eastern Shore, Brian grew up working the land. As such, he spent many years involved in cash grain farming as well as trucking. This led to a sales position at Delmarva Kenworth. In addition to working with The Land Group, he presently farms fresh market produce.

Brian has a genuine interest in promoting and facilitating best land uses for buyers or sellers on many levels. These interests may vary from a private recreational estate for family enjoyment, an acre-by-acre land analysis for production agriculture or discussing financial returns of an investment property. A lifelong involvement in production agriculture and real estate investment on the Delmarva Peninsula gives him a strong perspective that clients can draw from.
