Grant and his family moved frequently until finally settling in Virginia where he spent most of his childhood. After graduating from George Mason University and Virginia Commonwealth University, Grant settled in Northern Virginia where he gained hands-on experience in site development, operations and homebuilding. Grant has managed projects from design through completion in his prior positions, utilizing his skillset – clear communication, time management and attention to detail – all of which will provide useful in real estate.

In 2023, Grant and his wife relocated to Delaware to seek new challenges and experiences. More importantly, he was looking to learn and grow in the real estate industry. Open to new opportunities, Grant believes his strong interest in land use and strategic development would complement The Land Group’s principles well and his strong work ethic, adaptability and transparency are attributes that future clients will appreciate.
