Jodi Pries

Jodi is a Felton, Delaware native who grew up working on her family’s farm, a grain and vegetable operation with a roadside produce market. She now owns and manages 350 acres of farmland.
This love of all things agricultural took her to Auburn University, where she graduated with a degree in Agricultural Economics, later earning an MBA from Wilmington University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. Jodi also holds the MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute.

In addition to her extensive experience in agriculture, Jodi has been in the appraisal industry for over 22 years, having spent nine years as an appraiser at MidAtlantic Farm Credit and then as a commercial appraiser for The Trice Group.

In 2012, Jodi founded AgVisory, an appraisal firm specializing in agricultural properties, agribusinesses, and food processing facilities. In 2023, she obtained her Delaware Real Estate Salesperson License and joined The Land Group as an Advisor, working with agents who share her passion for agriculture.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending time on her farm with her partner and their Australian Shepherd. She also loves the beach, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
