Nick is a Partner at The Land Group, where he leads transactions involving poultry operations and solar energy projects. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland in 2011, graduating magna cum laude, and began his career as an economic analyst at Charles River Associates in Boston, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

Nick joined The Land Group in 2013 as a junior advisor and analyst. Within four years, he was promoted to equity partner, and in 2019, he acquired a significant ownership stake in the firm. His strong background in economics and financial analysis brings added value to clients navigating complex agricultural transactions.

Nick is widely regarded for his expertise in poultry farm sales—often the most challenging transactions the firm handles. “Chicken farms are the toughest real estate transactions that we do. Understanding the numbers and the process is essential for success.”

In addition to his transactional work, Nick plays a key role in the firm’s internal operations, including systems development, lead generation, GIS mapping, accounting, and agent support.
