Here comes 2020! Onward!

I am sitting here at my desk in the new Land Group office.  2019 has brought a lot of change for Land Group and we are excited about the year ahead. 2020 is an even year which I always feel matters.  (An inside superstition!) We are going to do great things… The best thing about 2019, was bringing The Land Group team together from all over the region around this idea of Land Group.  I am grateful for the relationships and professionalism of each new member and the expertise they each bring to the land profession.  Amidst all this transition, we still managed to sell nearly 7500 acres in 2019.   These numbers are solid benchmarks in the region we cover considering the highly segmented landscape and small parcel size in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.  We are excited to be growing into Pennsylvania this year as well, with our advisors John, Jeremy and Rob each working across state lines from Maryland to Pennsylvania.  There is much more I will share in the coming days with my annual update and the 2020 Land Report being published in January.  We are thankful for all your support this year and look forward to a great year in 2020!  Be Well!
